Square footage is based on the listing information. If the house is not officially listed, square footage will be assessed as all rooms that are finished - Room has walls, ceilings, a floor, and is conditioned for living.

With each prior phase inspection, the next phase is 10% off.
IF a client has BHI inspect all three phases:
10% off your Phase 2 price
20% off of your Phase 3 price
