Sample Report

At Bjostad Home Inspections, our base inspection includes a visual or physical inspection of everything on the property that brings any portion of value to the home. At the inspection, the inspector will take over 100 photos of the interior and exterior of the home. Only pertinent photos will be included in the report, which could be defects, insurable items, or specific client requests. If our clients wish to see all the photos, Bjostad Home Inspections can share those over a google drive. After our inspections, the inspector will stay in touch and make sure that our clients and agents are satisifed with the process. We are also willing to assist our customers in finding qualified contractors to complete home repairs, if needed. Bjostad Home Inspections will always go above and beyond for our customers!
