Request An Inspection

Once Bjostad Home Inspections receives the request, we will reach out to confirm a time and date. In the case of third party services being requested, it is possible that those will occur at separate times. It is BHI's preference that the inspector and third party services are in the home at the same time, if possible. Once the inspection time and date is confirmed, all parties will receive confirmation emails/texts. The client is responsible for signing an inspection agreement, as well as paying before the digital report will be visible. Please contact us if you have any questions!
